📣Recruitment Announcement for the International Docent Team📣
National Taiwan Museum to recruit students as virtual docents (Deadline: 2 July, 23:59 p.m., UTC+8)

由於疫情使今年春季的外語導覽員培訓計畫暫緩，隨著暑假接近、許多藝文活動開始開放，我們要來招募新成員囉！只要是大專院校在學生、英語能力符合本計畫要求即可報名。
本次為了能讓來自不同國家的學生參與，也開放海外學生遠距參與！我們將不只深入認識臺博館與台灣的歷史文化，也將討論疫情對各地的博物館與都市生活帶來的影響，希望能藉由本計畫課程新增線上課程與線上研討會的方式，連結各地愛好博物館的青年。
This summer we are to recruit international students as a new batch of docents. As we used to train students to give physical tours, this year we've considered the global situation and plan to do something different.
We would like to connect students overseas, making our course available online and allowing students from different countries to discuss culture heritage issues, contemporary issues and the global COVID-19 impact.
It will be a good chance for students from different parts of the world to stay connected!

〖在地學生參與方式〗
Option I- Physical docent
▪️培訓課程約30小時，集中在七月前兩週。30 hrs of training in the first two weeks of July.
▪️至少參與18小時之教育推廣任務（含週末推廣活動與線上教材製作）。18 hrs of service hours including giving weekend English tours and creating online educational content.
▪️通過導覽驗收後即可參與週末本館建築與週邊推廣活動。Qualifications needed before giving physical tours.

〖遠距學生參與方式〗
Option II- Remote docent
▪️培訓課程約20小時，集中在七月前兩週。20 hrs of training in the first two weeks of July.
▪️至少參與18小時之教育推廣任務（以線上教材製作為主）
18 hrs of service hours including giving weekend English tours and creating online educational content.
