【IBMBA】新生說明會 陳世哲院長勉新生：開始你的探索旅程！
管院國際經營管理碩士學程（IBMBA）於4月16日舉行今年的新生說明會，由管院院長陳世哲、IBMBA學程宋兆賢老師以及學長姐和新生進行中山管院、IBMBA學程、校園生活資訊等介紹，隆重歡迎學弟妹的加入！陳院長首先鼓勵同學們，在IBMBA學習的期間，要把握每一次可以從中學習知識、探索世界的機會。
「我們相當期待和同學之間緊密的合作，並能幫助大家發展研究潛能。」陳院長說，IBMBA擁有友善的互助文化，無論是來自整個管院師長的知識傳授和個別指導，或者是能提供課務行政、生活資訊的助理人員，都是希望能讓本地生和外籍生感受到強力支持的學習環境。
接著由學長姐們分享在IBMBA的學習、生活的經驗，大家可以選擇自己喜歡的議題深入探討，也可以由院上提供多元豐富的師資中，取得能夠幫助研究的資源。會後也提供餐點，讓大家在輕鬆的氛圍中，和師長、學長姐進一步的交流。

Each year the IBMBA organizes an orientation program for new graduate students and this year the orientation was held on Saturday, 16 April, 2016 at College of Management building. This event offers an introduction to NSYSU, the IBMBA program, and academic life, as well as social and scenic spots around campus, and other important information for all first-time IBMBA graduate students.
The Dean of NSYSU College of Management Professor Shyh-Jer Chen in his speech encourages students to take this opportunity to further explore what IBMBA can offer in your pursuit of graduate study and training. He says “Together with the professional staff, we look forward to working closely with you to achieve success and develop your academic potential”.
IBMBA has a friendly scale and collaborative culture. It offers excellent academic training and mentoring within a supportive environment. The University is also committed to creating a more diverse and inclusive academic community.
During the presentation senior students explained that engaging in graduate education and research is exciting. Student will focus on topics that they find captivating, and seek answers to those questions.
Since its founding on 2006, IBMBA has invested in graduate education and research. The University has expanded the faculty and recruited good educators in many fields.
The orientation event was ended with free lunch and a chance for students to socialize with Dean of college of management, IBMBA mentor and senior students.
