國立中山大學管理學院公開徵求院長啟事

本院自即日起公開徵求管理學院院長，聘期自院長就任日起，至民國111(2022)年1月31日止。如果在境外的學者符合我們獎勵標準並通過審查，我們將提供額外薪資獎勵金額。

• 候選人須具備下列資格：
  • 教授或具教授資格之學者專家。
  • 具有管理相關學術聲望或實務經驗者。
  • 大陸地區人士，須已獲第三國國籍持第三國護照者。

• 候選人產生方式：
  • 自行應徵。
  • 由本院專任教師三人以上連署推薦。

• 候選人應備妥之文件：
• 候選人基本資料表。
• 個人詳細履歷(格式自訂)。
• 詳細治院理念書(格式自訂)。
• 自行應徵者須有推薦信兩封（含）以上。
• 連署推薦者須有連署推薦書及被推薦人之同意書。
• 重要作業期程:

107年9月6日遴選委員會與申請人意見交流。

107年9月19日對管院全體教師舉辦公開座談會。

107年10月4日遴選委員會與候選人意見交流。

POSITION ANNOUNCEMENT

The College of Management of National Sun Yat-sen University (NSYSU) has formed a Search Committee and is seeking applications and nominations for the position of Dean. The Dean’s term of office will start from the date of inauguration to Jan. 31^st, 2022. We may provide additional salary subsidies to overseas professors who are reviewed as qualified with our Subsidy Regulations.

1. Candidate Qualifications:

1. The candidate must be a Full Professor, or a scholar/expert qualifies as a Full Professor.
2. The candidate must have distinguished academic reputation and related practical experiences in the field of management.
3. Candidates from Mainland China must have acquired citizenship and passport of another country and be able to enter Taiwan with that passport.

2. Application Methods:

1. Self-Application: Qualified candidates can directly submit their applications. At least 2 letters of recommendation should be included.
2. Nominations: Nominations should be made jointly by at least 3 full-time faculty members in the College of Management, NSYSU. A Candidate Consent Form should be included as well.

3. Documents to Submit:

1. Candidate Application Form.
2. Comprehensive CV (free format).
3. Comprehensive plan for the management of the college (free format).
4. At least two recommendation letters for self-applicants.
5. Candidate Consent Form for the nominated candidate.

4. Important Dates for Candidates:

Sep. 6^th, 2018: Meeting of applicants with Search Committee members.

Sep. 19^th, 2018: Platform presentation to all faculty of College of Management.

Oct. 4^th, 2018: Second meeting of candidates with Search Committee members.

For candidates who are staying overseas, the two meetings may be held online. All candidates should, however, give the presentation in person.

5. Deadline for Application:

The application should be received by the Dean Search Committee by Aug. 27^th, 2018.
