2021 DB Schenker Taiwan Internship Program-Air Freight (Business Management or related fields)
This program supports the acceleration of young talent with potential and with leadership ambitions, including a structured pathway designed to fast-track development early on in your career and a novel perspective to learn more about air freight industries.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
* Senior student, second year in graduate school, or fresh graduate majored in Business Management or related fields.
* Strong decision-making skills, that use sound reasoning and when required use consultation to achieve consensus.
* Problem solving mindset, proactive issue resolution skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Ability to work successfully in a fast-moving environment, to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload even when faced with conflicting priorities.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
* Effective communication and presentation skills.
* Great skills in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* You will put your analytical skills to the test and roll up your sleeves to complete actions that will contribute to improve the functionality and level of air freight process, which will include:
- Diving deep into data, mapping processes and problems
- Offering and testing potential solutions and implementing the best one(s)
- Interacting with highly efficient managers, technology development teams, and front-line Associates to think broadly about solutions to complex businesses and operational challenges
* You will support the team in recommending and executing technical improvements in line with your expertise (analysis, leadership, and project management.).
DURATION:
The internship will start from 2021/09 to 2022/09 (One-year program), and the intern should be available at least 3 days per week during the semester.
