本年度的管院學術活動補助要點（第五點、鼓勵國際合作）獎助已開放申請。
請各位老師(專任教師、約聘教師及約聘研究人員（不含退休人員）)備妥您的申請文件，並於期間內Mail至管學中心信箱：msrc@cm.nsysu.edu.tw，俾憑彙辦，感謝您！

一、鼓勵國際合作，內容摘錄如下：
為鼓勵與國外機構專家學者合作，如當學年未獲研究績優獎勵，符合以下條件者，每篇給予３萬元業務費補助：
1.以國立中山大學之名義發表公開發表之論文屬SSCI或SCIE收錄Impact Factor前30％期刊，並為第一作者或通訊作者。凡發表於本校研究發展處所列舉之加強實質審查出版社、掠奪性期刊 (Predatory Journal) 及巨錄期刊 (Mega journal)清單之學術論文將不予採計。
2.合著人至少一人須為國外大學或機構之專家學者。
3.本校教師所發表論文地址欄，如有兩個以上單位時，以中山大學為第一單位之名義發表者為限。
每位老師每日曆年以補助２篇為限。獲補助之教師需配合出席學術分享會說明研究成果。

二、申請期間：
本年度的申請自即日起至114年9月5日(五)止，請確實備妥您的申請文件，並於期間內提出申請，謝謝。

本年度（2025年）可申請之論文應為2024.1.1-2024.12.31期間所發表（包含Online First與Published）者。

[Subsidy Application] Article 5 'International Collaboration' of College of Management Guidelines for Academic Research Funding. (Deadline: Friday, September 05, 2025)

Dear Professors and Colleagues,

Attached herewith are the relevant application details for the subsidy for 'International Collaboration', as outlined in our "College of Management Guidelines for Academic Research Funding".
We kindly request your assistance in notifying all full-time faculty members (including those on contract) and contract-employed researchers affiliated with your department, excluding any retired personnel.  Thank you!

Article 5. International Collaboration
To encourage collaboration with international institute(s), expert(s), or scholar(s), faculty who have not been granted the Research Distinguished Reward in the semester but have met all of the following conditions are eligible for a subsidy for business expenses of NT$30,000 per research article:
i. As a first author or corresponding author to publish a research paper on an SSCI  or SCIE top 30% Impact Factor journals, and listing National Sun Yat-sen University as the affiliation Academic papers published in publishers subject to enhanced substantive review, predatory journals, and mega journals listed by our university's Office of Research and Development will not be counted.
ii. At least one of the co-authors must be an expert or scholar from an international institution or university
iii. The address of the University faculty, if more than two affiliations, listing National Sun Yat-sen University as the first affiliation address.
Each faculty can be granted up to two articles per calendar year. The faculty receiving the subsidy is required to attend an academic sharing session to present the research.

Application period: From now until September 05 (Friday), 2025.
Please make sure that you have thoroughly prepared your application documents and submit them within the specified period.

The papers eligible for application must be those published between January 1, 2024, and December 31, 2024 (including Online First and Published).
