各位教職員工您好:

為促進教職員工健康福祉，並強化職場健康管理機制，本校特別提供「職業醫學健康諮詢服務」，由專科醫師進行個別健康諮詢，敬請教職員工多加利用。

一、服務對象

本校教職員工

二、服務內容

由職業醫學專科醫師提供一對一健康諮詢，依勞動部職業健康相關計畫辦理，服務內容包括：

·勞動部四大計畫健康諮詢（人因性危害預防、異常工作負荷促發疾病預防、母性健康保護、執行職務遭受不法侵害預防）。

·中高齡及高齡工作者健康管理與工作適性評估。

·健康檢查結果諮詢及健康促進建議。

·其他與職場健康保護及工作適性相關之諮詢事項。

三、服務方式

·採預約制，單次諮詢時間約 10 分鐘內

·若同時段預約人數較多，將由護理師協調安排

·如無法前來，請事前通知健康中心護理人員，以利調整安排

四、服務時間與地點

 📢 Occupational Medicine Health Consultation Service

Dear Faculty and Staff,

To promote the health and well-being of our faculty and staff and strengthen workplace health management, our university is pleased to offer the Occupational Medicine Health Consultation Service. Individual health consultations will be provided by a board-certified Occupational Medicine physician. Faculty and staff are welcome to make use of this service.

1. Eligibility

All faculty and staff members of the university.

2. Service Scope

One-on-one health consultations will be provided by a board-certified Occupational Medicine physician in accordance with the Ministry of Labor's Occupational Health Programs. Consultation topics include:

• Health consultations under the Ministry of Labor's four major occupational health programs:
  • Prevention of work-related musculoskeletal disorders (ergonomic hazards)
  • Prevention of diseases caused by abnormal workloads
  • Maternal health protection
  • Prevention of unlawful workplace violence during the performance of duties
• Health management and work fitness assessment for middle-aged and older employees.
• Consultation on health examination results and recommendations for health promotion.
• Other issues related to workplace health protection and fitness for work.

3. Consultation Format

• By appointment only.
• Each consultation lasts approximately 10 minutes.
• If multiple appointments are scheduled for the same time slot, the nursing staff will coordinate the consultation order.
• If you are unable to attend your appointment, please notify the Health Center in advance so that your reservation can be rescheduled.

5. Consulting Physician

Dr. Meng-Hsuan Hsieh (Board-Certified Occupational Medicine Specialist)

The physician provides consultation services once every two months, with 3 hours of consultation on each visit.
