請有意願申請者於期限內備好資料提出申請。

Applications for the Fall 2026 Subsidies for Student Study Clubs Using Online Learning Resources will be accepted from September 7 (Mon) to October 2 (Fri), 5:00 PM.

Students who wish to apply are kindly requested to prepare the required documents and submit their applications by the deadline.

• 補助宗旨 Purpose of the grant

為鼓勵本院學生積極利用線上課程、開放資料與開源軟體等線上學習資源，並藉由跨系所同學之間的互補、互助，延伸學習範圍、深化學習效果，對本院同學自行籌組之學生社團 (如互助學習小組、商業資料分析專案等) 提供相關資源與補助。

In order to encourage our students to actively use online learning resources such as online courses, open source materials, and open source software, and to extend the scope of learning and increase the effectiveness of studying through mutual support among students from different departments, we provide resources and subsidies to groups organized by our students (e.g. mutual-help study groups, business data analysis projects, etc.).

• 補助對象 Subsidy Eligibility

本院在校學生召集組成之互助學習社團，並經管理學院認可之開放學習資源，補助成員以本校學生為限。

Students who are enrolled in the College and have formed a mutual-help study group are eligible. The open learning resource must have been approved by the College of Management. Subsidized members must be students of the University.

• 申請方式 Application Procedure

請點選下方連結填寫線上申請表，印出填寫完成之表單請社團指導教師簽章，並於 115/10/2（五）17:00 前，將紙本申請表確認單繳交至管院 4051 職涯辦公室，以完成申請程序。

Please click the link below to complete the online application form. After filling out the form, print it out and obtain the signature of the faculty advisor for student organizations. The hard copy of the application confirmation form must be submitted to the Career Office (Room 4051, College of Management) no later than Friday, October 2, 5:00 PM to complete the application process.

• 審查要點 Review Criteria

申請社團務必於提交申請前，建置好完整的社團網頁，內容須包含社團宗旨或介紹、指導教師、召集人與幹部名單、社員名單（僅姓名系級）、社課規劃，並即時更新每週已進行的社課內容，至少須包含當週主題、照片、簡單課程內容描述等紀錄，以供委員審酌參考。

※ 注意：

申請社團之營運方式須符合本院規範，相關課程活動舉辦時間切勿晚於每日22:00，勿將舉辦地點訂於酒吧、KTV 等聲色場所，並禁止於活動中使用菸酒等管制物品，以維護社員身心安全。

Before submitting an application, applicants must establish a complete group webpage. The webpage should include the group’s purpose or introduction, faculty advisor, the names of the group leader and officers, a list of members (names and academic programs only), and the planned learning activities. Applicants are also required to update the webpage regularly with records of each completed weekly session, including the weekly topic, photos, and a brief description of the session content. These materials will serve as supporting information for the review committee.

※ Note:
All proposed group activities must comply with the College’s regulations. Learning sessions and related activities must conclude by 10:00 PM each day. Venues such as bars, KTVs, or other entertainment establishments are not permitted. In addition, the use of controlled substances, including tobacco and alcohol, is strictly prohibited during group activities to ensure the health and safety of all members.
