115-1 理學院課程品保計畫徵件公告 (非理院教師也可參與)

親愛的老師您好：

115-1學期的理學院課程品保計畫現已開放申請，申請期限至2026年9月3日(四)。誠摯邀請符合條件的老師踴躍參與。計畫資訊摘要如下，詳細內容請參閱網頁公告：https://reurl.cc/korz1r

(1) 申請對象：同時開設中文授課班與全英授課班，且課程開課單位為相同系所的授課老師。
(2) 申請資料（線上繳交）：(a) 中文班與全英班課程教學大綱各一份(中、英語授課教師分別上傳各自班級課綱即可)、(b) 課程內容對照清單（兩班課程內容對應與一致性說明）
(3) 通過條件：兩班課程教學大綱內容須達 80% 以上一致。
(4) 經費審核需繳交資料：中文班與全英班期中考試卷與成績。
(5) 經費核發條件：期中考共同考題比例須達 50% 以上一致。
(6) 注意事項：本計畫經費來源與系所向教務處申請之品保計畫相同，恕無法重複補助。

Dear Faculty Member,

The 115-1 semester College of Science Course Quality Assurance Program is now open for applications. The application deadline is September 3, 2026 (Thu.). We want to invite eligible faculty members to participate. We've shared a summary of the program information below. For full details, please refer to the Announcement: https://reurl.cc/korz1r

(1) Eligibility: Instructors offering both Chinese-taught and EMI (English-Medium Instruction) classes concurrently, with the same department as the course provider.
(2) Required Documents (Submit online):
a. Course syllabi for both the Chinese and EMI sections (Chinese- and English-taught instructors may each upload their syllabus separately).
b. A course content comparison list explaining the correspondence and consistency between the two sections.
(3) Approval Criteria: Course syllabi of both sections must be at least 80% consistent.
(4) Documents for Funding Review: Midterm exam papers and scores for both Chinese and EMI sections.
(5) Funding Disbursement Criteria: Midterm exams of both sections must share at least 50% identical questions.
(6) Note: The funding source for this program is the same as that of the departmental QA projects funded by the Office of Academic Affairs. Duplicate funding is not permitted.
