本次「職安法系列講座｜職場霸凌專章」邀請法律實務、企業與學界專家，從不同專業視角進行分享，並透過 Panel Discussion 展開交流與討論。

⚠️【Workplace Bullying Continues to Draw Attention—What Should Companies and HR Professionals Be Aware Of?】⚠️

As workplace safety and labor rights receive increasing attention, workplace bullying has also become an important issue in human resource management and workplace governance.
From occupational safety and health regulations, workplace bullying, and whistleblowing systems to employee complaints, managing underperformance, overtime work, and labor unions, these issues are closely connected to the day-to-day challenges of human resource management.
This special lecture brings together experts from legal practice, business, and academia to share insights from different professional perspectives, followed by a Panel Discussion for further exchange and discussion.
