📢 職業醫學健康諮詢服務公告

各位教職員工您好:

為促進教職員工健康福祉，並強化職場健康管理機制，本校特別提供「職業醫學健康諮詢服務」，由專科醫師進行個別健康諮詢，敬請教職員工多加利用。

一、服務對象

本校教職員工

二、服務內容

由職業醫學專科醫師提供一對一健康諮詢，內容包括：

• 新進、年度、特殊作業健康檢查報告諮詢
• 工作過勞過負荷、職務調整等建議
• 心理壓力與情緒管理初步討論
• 母性健康諮詢(備孕、妊娠中、分娩後1年內、哺乳中)
• 其他與職場健康與安全相關問題

三、服務方式

• 採預約制，單次諮詢時間約 3～10 分鐘

• 若同時段預約人數較多，將由護理師協調安排

• 如無法前來，請事前通知健康中心護理人員，以利調整安排

四、服務時間與地點

📅 日期：2026 年 9 月 17 日（星期四）
🕑 時間：13:30－14:30
🏥 地點：行政大樓 5003會議室

📢 Occupational Medicine Health Consultation Service Announcement

Dear Faculty and Staff,

To promote the health and well-being of all faculty and staff and to strengthen workplace health management, we are pleased to offer Occupational Medicine Health Consultation Services. Consultations will be provided individually by a board-certified specialist in occupational medicine. We encourage you to make full use of this opportunity.

1. Service Target
All faculty and staff of the university

2. Service Content

• One-on-one health consultations provided by an occupational medicine specialist, including:
• Consultation on pre-employment, annual, and special health examination reports
• Advice on overwork, workload management, and job adjustments
• Preliminary discussions on psychological stress and emotional management
• Maternal health consultation (preconception, during pregnancy, within one year postpartum, and while breastfeeding)
• Other issues related to workplace health and safety

3. Service Method

• By appointment only; each consultation lasts approximately 3–10 minutes
• If appointments exceed the available time slots, scheduling will be adjusted by the nursing staff
• If you are unable to attend, please inform the Health Center in advance for rescheduling

4. Service Date and Location

🕑 Time: 13:30 – 14:30
🏥 Location: Meeting Room 5003 on the 5th floor of the Administration Building for further arrangements.

On-site consultation every two months; 3 hours of service each visit
