Is English Really Enough?
Working in Global Project Management: How to Communicate and Get Things Done Across Different Cultures
When a project brings together people from different countries and cultures, how can teams communicate effectively, overcome differences, and actually get things done?
In global project management, technical expertise alone isn't enough. Working with international teams also means navigating different communication styles, cultural expectations, and ways of working.
How do you collaborate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds? What happens when misunderstandings or disagreements arise? And how can you keep a project moving forward despite these challenges?
For this English Corner session, we're excited to welcome back Bernhard Schnederle, an international alumnus of NSYSU's College of Management!
Drawing on his experience in international project management, Bernhard will share practical insights into cross-cultural communication, teamwork, and the real-world challenges of managing projects across borders.
If you're interested in project management, international careers, or cross-cultural collaboration, don't miss this opportunity to hear firsthand experiences and learn what it really takes to get things done!
