Education:
- Fresh Graduates from an operational discipline - relevant to industrial engineering,
operations, supply chain management.
- Undergraduate in engineering field preferred.
Other Requirements:
- Some work experience is preferred not mandatory (less than 2yrs).
- Good communication, analytical skills and proficient in excel, powerpoint.
- Effective working in a matrix organization and multi-level stakeholder management.
- English proficiency.
- Experience in Tableau/Python preferred.
Program Profile:
- This two-year rotational program offers candidates the chance to immerse themselves in various areas of the operations in order to build the skills and find their passion.
- After completion of minimum two rotations or before completion of two years candidate will be assigned to permanent role within sourcing or value engineering functions.
- During the rotation candidate will be engaged in projects in one one of the following functions - Finished good sourcing, component sourcing, value engineering and Sourcing strategy and transition.
- Typical projects could include:
- Build spend cube and conduct spend analysis for a category.
- Partner with sourcing and value engineering team to identify and implement cost reduction opportunities for specific products.
- Explore and assess AI solutions to improve productivity in the sourcing functions.
- Conduct external market analysis for a commodity category to help the development of category strategy.
- Develop RFP package for sourcing a new product working with engineering team and sourcing team.
- Ability to collect and interpret Market intelligence Reports and package them in Easy to consume formats for the Larger Sourcing Organization.
- The success of the candidate in this role depends on her/his Humility to work hard, explore and hustle their way around the Organization.
