Agile Relocations is a global mobility company specializing in managing and delivering high-quality relocation services worldwide. Our core competence is providing services that help corporations and their employees as well as individuals and their families to relocate and settle in new places. This role will be based in our Taipei office.

主要職責

1. 處理客戶訂單及諮詢，保持高水平的客戶滿意度。

2. 透過電子郵件/電話與海外代理商、貨代協調運輸流程。

3. 與各相關單位協調溝通事宜，以實現卓越的服務。

4. 向客戶解釋搬遷流程，並向客戶收取運輸文件。

5. 通知並更新客戶後送行李的運輸時間表，並追蹤直至送貨完成。

6. 客訴發生時，處理並解決客戶投訴。

7. 建立系統帳單發票。

8. 其他主管交辦事項。

職務需求

1. 優秀的中英文溝通能力，有客服經驗佳。

2. 細心、積極、認真、有責任、執行力強。

3. 細心謹慎處理訂單和善於處理客戶情緒。
