【管院】管理學院2025年國際院務諮詢委員會 凝聚國際智慧,共議院務發展藍圖



國立中山大學管理學院於2025年5月4日至6日舉辦「2025年國際院務諮詢委員會」,邀請來自歐美與亞洲的國際學術與產業領袖,與院內師長共同討論學院未來發展策略,為下一階段國際商管認證積極布局。
與會委員包括(以字母順序排列):Alicia García Herrero(法國Natixis亞洲首席經濟學家)、Delphine Manceau(NEOMA商學院院長)、Hirokazu Kono(慶應大學商學院前院長)、Joanne Li(內布拉斯加大學奧馬哈分校校長)、Peter Verhoef(格羅寧根大學商學院院長)、Saul Klein(維多利亞大學商學院前院長)、Sung Joo Park(KAIST商學院前院長)、劉丁己(澳門大學商業研究與培訓中心主任、中山大學傑出校友)。
為促進更深入的交流,學院特別安排分組討論環節,針對院務治理、國際化、數位化與AI、教師發展四大主題,邀請院內主管與教師一同參與,藉由與委員們的面對面互動,增進對院務發展現況與挑戰的理解。我們相信,一個組織若要持續進步,開放對話與良性互動是不可或缺的關鍵。作為一個民主且開放的學術機構,中山管院始終珍視這樣的溝通文化,並視其為推動學術卓越與組織成長的核心價值。
除會議議程外,主體委員們亦受邀一同走訪依山傍海、生態友善的中山校園,並參訪在地永續標竿企業──舊振南漢餅文化館,親身體驗地方產業與文化創新融合的永續實踐。舊振南致力推動企業社會責任與透明治理,曾榮獲《天下雜誌》企業永續獎、文化館建築通過綠建築標章認證及取得 D-U-N-S Registered™ 國際認證,為台灣首家獲此殊榮之傳統漢餅品牌。
本次會議在熱烈建言與真誠交流中圓滿落幕。管理學院由衷感謝各位國際委員的參與與貢獻,並將根據本次討論成果進一步優化院務規劃,持續邁向具備國際影響力與社會責任的世界級商管學院。

NSYSU College of Management 2025 International Advisory Board Meeting
Harnessing Global Insights to Shape the Future of the College
The College of Management at National Sun Yat-sen University hosted the 2025 International Advisory Board (IAB) Meeting from May 4 to 6, 2025. The meeting brought together leading academic and industry figures from Europe, North America, and Asia to discuss the future strategic direction of the College and prepare for the next phase of international business school accreditation.
Participating board members (in alphabetical order): Alicia García Herrero (Chief Economist for Asia Pacific at Natixis), Delphine Manceau (Dean, NEOMA Business School), Hirokazu Kono (Former Dean, Keio Business School), Joanne Li (Chancellor, University of Nebraska at Omaha), Peter Verhoef (Dean, Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Groningen), Saul Klein (Former Dean, Gustavson School of Business, University of Victoria), Sung Joo Park (Former Dean, KAIST College of Business), and Matthew Ting Chi Liu (Director, Business Research and Training Center, University of Macau; NSYSU Distinguished Alumnus).
The College also arranged group discussions to facilitate direct dialogue between IAB members and faculty members. These sessions fostered mutual understanding of the College’s ongoing initiatives and future priorities. Open dialogue and constructive interaction are essential to continuous improvement, and NSYSU’s College of Management remains committed to a governance culture rooted in transparency and engagement.
In addition to the meeting, board members toured the eco-friendly NSYSU campus and visited Jiu Zhen Nan Cultural Center, a leading example of sustainable local business. Jiu Zhen Nan is known for its strong commitment to corporate social responsibility and has received awards such as the CommonWealth Magazine CSR Award, Green Building Certification, and D-U-N-S Registered™ international recognition.
The meeting concluded with constructive insights and strong support from the board. The College will continue to build on the feedback provided to refine its development plans and advance toward becoming a globally recognized, socially responsible institution.
