聯盟為持續促進與美國德州大學系統(University of Texas System, UTS)之研究合作、人才培育與學術交流，由聯盟秘書處(國立臺灣大學)、國立臺灣科技大學及臺北醫學大學共同主辦「UTS x UAAT 雙邊研討會（UTS x UAAT Bilateral Symposium）」，聚焦於半導體與健康科學兩大領域進行專題演講。屆時，UTS與UAAT雙方之相關學者專家將共同分享領域的創新知識與技術、探討未來發展趨勢，並藉此深化雙方多元且緊密的合作關係。

To continually promote research collaboration, talent development, and academic exchange with the University of Texas System (UTS), the University Academic Alliance in Taiwan(UAAT), National Taiwan University of Science and Technology(NTUST), and Taipei Medical University(TMU) jointly organize the UTS x UAAT Bilateral Symposium.  This symposium will focus on two major fields: semiconductors and health sciences, with sessions featuring keynote speeches. Scholars and experts from both UTS and UAAT will share innovative knowledge and technologies in their respective fields, explore future development trends, and strengthen the diverse and close collaborative relationships between both sides.
