一、接種政策調整

因應COVID-19病毒變異，衛福部依據WHO、歐盟、美國建議及ACIP會議決議，本年度秋冬疫苗策略如下：

• 💉 優先使用：LP.8.1 COVID-19疫苗

• 🧬 替代選擇：JN.1疫苗（供不適合接種mRNA疫苗者使用）

• 🎯 接種重點：以高風險族群為主，並與流感疫苗同步施打

二、接種時程與對象

第一階段｜114年 10月1日 起

👵 65歲以上長者
🌿 55-64歲原住民
🏡 安養、長照等機構受照顧者及工作人員
🤰 孕婦
🧩 滿6個月以上高風險對象：
　・慢性病患者、BMI≥30者
　・罕見疾病、重大傷病患者
　・結核病、失能、精神疾病、失智症患者
👩‍⚕️ 醫事及衛生防疫相關人員
👶 幼兒園及托育人員（含居家保母）
👨‍👩‍👧 6個月內嬰兒之父母
🍼 6個月至未滿6歲幼兒

第二階段｜114年 11月1日 起

👨‍🦳 50-64歲無高風險成人

  According to the Ministry of Health and Welfare (MOHW) letter No. 1140200754, dated August 19, 2025, the highlights of this year’s COVID-19 vaccination program are as follows:

  🧩 I. Vaccination Policy Adjustments

  In response to COVID-19 virus mutations, MOHW has formulated this year’s autumn and winter vaccination strategy based on recommendations from the WHO, the European Union, the United States, and the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP):

  • 💉 Primary Vaccine: LP.8.1 COVID-19 vaccine

  • 🧬 Alternative Option: JN.1 vaccine (for individuals unsuitable for mRNA vaccines)

  • 🎯 Focus: Prioritize high-risk groups; vaccinations will be administered alongside seasonal flu shots

  📅 II. Vaccination Schedule & Target Groups

  Phase 1｜From October 1, 2025

  👵 Adults aged 65 years and above
  🌿 Indigenous people aged 55-64 years
  🏡 Residents and staff of nursing homes, long-term care facilities, and similar institutions
  🤰 Pregnant women
  🧩 High-risk individuals aged 6 months and older, including:
  　・Patients with chronic diseases or BMI ≥ 30
  　・Individuals with rare diseases or major illnesses
  　・Patients with tuberculosis, disabilities, mental illnesses, or dementia
  👩‍⚕️ Healthcare workers and epidemic prevention personnel
  👶 Preschool educators and childcare providers (including in-home caregivers)
  👨‍👩‍👧 Parents of infants under 6 months
  🍼 Infants and children aged 6 months to under 6 years

  Phase 2｜From November 1, 2025

  👨‍🦳 Adults aged 50-64 years without high-risk factors
