【中山】114-1全校導師輔導知能研習—心花綻放：創造屬於你的內在花園，歡迎踴躍報名（10/22）
本學期全校導師輔導知能研習，我們將以日常物品圓盤為創作容器，結合油畫媒材與乾燥花材配置，創造出象徵性的「心靈花園曼陀羅」。
透過正念練習、象徵性創作與情感投射，協助各位教師們在「創作的圓心」中，重新看見自己、聆聽內在、啟動自我照顧的力量，為教師們平時繁忙的生活中，留下一小部分的間隙，一同照顧自己、舒緩心情。

This semester’s Mentor Workshop will invite participants to use round plates as creative containers, combining oil painting media with dried floral arrangements to create a symbolic “Inner Garden Mandala.”
Through mindfulness practice, symbolic creation, and emotional projection, teachers will be guided to rediscover themselves at the “center of creation,” listen to your inner voice, and activate the power of self-care.
This workshop offers a precious pause amidst the busyness of daily life, providing teachers with space to care for yourselves and ease your minds.
