In 2020, Hedy served as Chief of Marketing and Operations at Microsoft Taiwan, where she was responsible for executing marketing strategies, driving operational excellence, and leading business planning initiatives. She successfully integrated financial and corporate resources, leading cross-disciplinary strategic teams to deliver impactful results.

Currently, as Regional Go-to-Market Director at Microsoft Asia, Hedy continues to lead diverse teams across the region, helping industries embrace cloud innovation, transform their business models, and connect with global markets through Microsoft’s partner ecosystem.
