Application for the Subsidies Related to International Accreditation
一、辦法說明:
■ 為鼓勵教師參與AACSB或EQUIS等國際評鑑推動工作,管院特訂定「國立中山大學管理學院參與國際認證推動工作獎勵要點」。教師以個人名義提出之申請(非代表特定系所提出),補助款將直接提供予教師。
■ 本學期接受以下幾項補助獎勵申請:
- 第四條(補助教師具有實務影響力之作為)
- 第五條(倫理、社會責任及永續發展相關作為)
- 第六條(教師於課程實施核心能力評量及改善獎勵)
- 第七條(系所學習成效改善機制補助)
■ 相關表格如附加檔案,提出申請前敬請先參考本要點(附件一)及相關文件。

第四條 補助教師具有實務影響力之作為 |
院教師配合本校「教師年資(功)加薪(俸)要點」填報之學術研究、教學、輔導及服務成果報告表,並在表中展現對學生、本院、本校、政府、企業、社區或社會大眾產生實質影響(不含學術影響),經審核符合上述條件者將依影響的深廣程度給予獎勵金。每名教師每次可獲獎勵金一至三千元整。 |

第五條 補助倫理、社會責任及永續發展作為 |

第六條 |
教師擔任AoL核心能力評量代表課程 受測教師、並於期末課程評量後,針對學生得分較低的課程,採取以下措施者:

第七條 |
系所根據本院認證辦公室評量統計結果,採取改善措施(如調整課程地圖、辦理核心能力補強活動等),依改善措施性質核定補助金額,每案最高一萬元,每系所合計最高可獲補助四萬元。 |
三、補充說明及檢附文件
- 競賽獎勵:
- 申請第五條「學生參與倫理、社會責任與永續發展相關活動或競賽」者,活動或競賽須為本院永續與社會責任辦公室公告之營隊。
- 競賽表現優異者,請參閱「附件三、第五條社會參與申請表」提交指定文件。
- 論文補助:
- 申請第五條「撰寫與社會關懷(含企業社會責任)有關的碩博士論文」者,申請人須為本院碩博士生,所撰寫之碩博士論文主題須與倫理、社會責任及永續發展主題相關,且論文研究須對國內產業帶來影響或效益。
- 請參閱「附件三、第五條社會參與申請表」提交指定文件。
- 若審核通過,最高將補助學生三萬元獎勵金。
- 補助方式:審核通過後,院將先撥款一半金額予申請者。申請者畢業離校前,需提供完整之碩博士論文電子檔及相關畢業離校文件,待後期審核通過後,院將再撥款另一半金額之獎勵金。
四、截止日期
- 本次開放申請日期:115年2月23日起 至 115年3月13日(週五)17:00 止。
- 敬請有意申請之教師及碩博士生,備齊相關申請表及文件後,提前繳交予系所辦公室彙整。
- 請系所協助填寫【附件二、系所彙整申請表】,於上述截止日期前送至管理學院4051辦公室。

You will receive subsidy once your application is approved. Please read the information below before you submit the application.

Article 4 Funding for Faculty’s Impact in Practical Work |
The College faculty member provides reports of academic research, teaching, mentoring, and service according to NSYSU Guidelines for Faculty Seniority and Salary, and shows practical impact (academic impact excluded) to students, the College, the University, government, enterprise, community, or the general public. The faculty member that meets the conditions will be awarded funding of NT$1,000 to NT$3,000 each time, which depends on how much impacts the faculty makes. |

Article 5 Funding for Faculty’s Acts on Ethics, Social Responsibility, and Sustainability |
Provide a proposal and the application form of Article 5 and describe what your ERS actions are. The items you can apply include: a. Community care events or community development activities b. ERS thesis and dissertation c. ERS student competition d. other ERS actions |

Article 6 the Course(s) |
For core competence evaluation course(s), faculty may propose “Close the Loop” after the final evaluation, for example, modifying course progress or teaching methods, or proposing edited competence criteria and standards to the International Relations and Accreditation Office, if, upon approval, the faculty member may be awarded a subsidy up to NT$5,000 per course or core competence. |

Article 7 |
The department/institute/program’s improvement on learning effectiveness is based on the International Relations and Accreditation Office (IRAO) evaluation results, improvement actions such as modifying course map or hosting an event to improve core competence. Up to NT$10,000 of funding is approved according to the improvement measures. Each department/institute /program will be awarded in total up to NT$40,000. |
■ Other information:
- Article 5 (ERS student competition): Only the competition that is recognized by the Office of Responsibility and Sustainability Actions and announced/published on the College of Management’s official website can apply for Article 5. Participants who perform well can apply Article 5 to receive rewards once the application is approved. Please fill in the application form and provide the document.
- Article 5 (ERS thesis or dissertation): If student’s thesis or dissertation is related to ERS, student can submit application. Please provide the application form of Article 5 and the proposal approved by the department/institute/program (or the first three chapters of thesis or dissertation approved by the adviser). When the application is approved, students can receive a maximum of NTD 30,000 subsidy. (Half of the subsidy will be provided when the application is approved. The rest of the subsidy will be provided when the student submits the final ERS thesis or dissertation upon graduation.)
