You will be employed directly under one of our brands and your role is to demonstrate your skills in the store via sales, customer service, customer relationship management and stock management.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Undergo extensive training, both on-the-job and through company training programs in the aspects of management and technical skills necessary in retail management.

• Provide high quality customer services and achieve business sales target.

• Learn to manage the day to day shop operations and administration for enhancing business acumen.

• Be exposed to management responsibilities, merchandising, inventory, people management and other leadership soft skills.

• Coordinate on ad-hoc projects as assigned by the company from time to time.

• A degree in any disciplines with less than 2 years' working experience

• Strong preference for language skills
