-開放職缺: HKT Strategic Program Specialist
-職缺時間:一年全職實習
-截止日期: 額滿為止

-Responsibilities:

1) Work closely with Program teams on operational activities, including but not limited to: data collection and analysis, support events and activities, drive program utilization to increase the overall adoption of AWS and various programs.
2) Dive deep into available data, conduct detailed reporting and analysis to derive actionable business insights.
3) Participate in stakeholder meetings and help to enhance and maintain relationship with key stakeholders
4) Help to manage community leaders and organize regular meetings.
5) Participate in monthly team briefings and meetings and prepare to present periodically.
6) Lead the data analysis process, working across teams to understand customers’ usage and
solution sets.
7) Work closely, as needed, with broader teams including Sales, Marketing, Public Policy, Business Development, Partner, Legal and etc.
8) Other duties as assigned may include special project management, proposal writing, and data retrieval/management/reporting.

Basic qualifications

1) Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree or Master’s degree who is looking to build a career in IT and cloud business.
2) Pursuing a degree in computer science, IT, finance, business, education, curriculum development, marketing, technology, or relevant field of study.
3) Experience developing programmatic reports and metric management
4) Strong verbal, written, communication, and analytic skills; skilled in PPT, Excel, basic programming language.
5) Good organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines. 6) Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
7) Basic understanding of cloud computing landscape and AWS
8) Passion for education, tech, and startups; self-motivated and independent; great team player to work with;
9) Fluent in English both verbally and written

Preferred qualifications

1) Strong IT knowledge and skills (i.e. program language, cloud computing, algorithms), AWS certification is a plus;
2) Strong analytics background;
3) Deep knowledge/extensive experience in education and public sector;
4) Ability to multi-task, stay-focused, and prioritize competing stakeholder requests;
5) Highly driven and demonstrated ability to implement and deliver against aggressive target;
6) Salesforce CRM skills are a plus;
7) Excel, Power Pivot skills are a plus
