Job Content
- Support Program Managers locally in day-to-day business practice including training scheduling, student registration support, resource planning, logistic fulfillment, etc.
- Respond to Training BDM or Partner Training support cases in a timely manner; report any systems/process issues to Infrastructure and Operations teams, respectively.
- Support or drive ad-hoc training & certification programs for Greater China end-to-end delivery.
Profile
- Graduate in 2021 or 2022, currently working towards a Bachelors (BS) or Masters (MS)
- Data analysis skills
- Managing multi-tasks simultaneously and be comfortable to support multi-stakeholders.
- Extremely high attention-to-detail.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in English.
