Drawing on his many years of industry experience, he described how companies can seize opportunities, overcome challenges, and make continual revisions and adjustments in the process of thinking about sustainable management. In addition, ICIM 2023 held four panel sessions covering topics such as getting published in top-tier journals, the future of ChatGPT, the future development of information management programs, and trends in information management doctorate training and employment. These sessions provided many opportunities for in-depth discussions.

Furthermore, there were also two practical workshops, one on writing teaching cases and one on workflow for text analysis platform operations . These workshops allowed participants to gain practical hands-on experience and learning opportunities.

In addition to the rich and diverse academic presentations and discussions, ICIM 2023 also focused on providing rich culinary experiences to attendees. To this end, we prepared special Kaohsiung delicacies as souvenirs so that participants could savor the unique flavors of Kaohsiung, including the Kaohsiung Qishan Banana Dry Noodles (高雄旗山香蕉乾拌麵) made by Chimei Agricultural (旗美農產業). Through the assistance of local cooperative organizations, we support the development of local agriculture, at the same time echoing the important values of environmental sustainability and ESG.

Another featured delicacy was the award-winning Lychee Strawberry Bread developed by Chef Peng-Chieh Wang of Shakespeare Bakery (莎士比亞烘培坊). This bread, which requires a long rising period of 18 hours to achieve its best flavor, won first place in the Bakery World Cup in 2018.

ICIM 2023 came to a successful conclusion, leaving participants with unforgettable memories and profound inspiration. The hosts and organizers are looking forward to future academic gatherings, continuing to promote development and innovation in the field of information management.
