Flash Coffee is Asia's fastest-growing tech-enabled specialty coffee chain. They provide an award-winning coffee menu at affordable prices and operate in five countries. By 2022, they are set to launch in five more countries across Asia.

They are currently looking for a motivated influencer marketing intern to join their booming marketing team. As an intern, you’ll be responsible for developing and leading their influencer marketing strategies.

Internship responsibilities include:

• Develop and lead influencer marketing strategies
• Manage influencer product seeding tactics
• Research and identify key influencers and build strong relationships with them
• Drive and deliver projects with influencers
• Build and scale Flash Coffee's brand ambassador program for influencers
• Measure the success of influencer and brand ambassador campaigns through weekly and monthly reporting
• Assist with community management

Required Skills:

• Passion for social media and influencer marketing
• Experience in content curation & community management (preferred)
• Experience in influencer marketing (preferred)
• Good understanding of the local market
• Ability to thrive in dynamic, uncertain, and fast-moving environments, a hustler
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Passion for tech and coffee
