We are looking for VIVERSE trainee to help us develop and implement our growth strategies. This position is best suited for candidates who want to gain valuable experience in Web3 and metaverse field with advancement potential. During your traineeship, you’ll learn how to do business development, manage projects, develop products, design and implement marketing plan and identify and apply important strategies and business processes. And the best part is that you’ll also be rotated in different functions to get to know the nuts and bolts of VIVERS’ functions and operations, and you’ll support team leaders and VIVERSE GM with daily tasks such as preparing presentation deck, crafting performance reports, etc. To succeed in this role, strong adaptability, agility and effective communication are important VIVERSE trainee qualifications you should have. Responsibilities

• Help team leaders and VIVERSE GM complete daily tasks (e.g. implementing new policies).
• Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations.
• Participating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
• Understand each department’s daily processes and goals, and participate in company’s strategic planning.
• Observing and learning from experienced staff members.
• Gaining knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes.
• Taking detailed notes and liaising with Managers, clients, and other senior staff.
• Fulfilling any requirements and meeting goals set out at the start of the traineeship.
• Create and give presentations assigned by manager.

Qualifications

• Preferable within 5 years of work experience.
• Previous experience in Web3 or Metaverse related industry is desired but not required.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to quickly grasp knowledge of Metaverse industry and the company’s products and services.
• Competitive by nature, motivated to succeed, and able to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible and able to adapt to evolving requirements.
• Working a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs, including holidays, is no problem.
• Ability to handle multiple concurrent activities and competing priorities.
• Strategic ability to understand the “big picture” of the overall business and market needs and how to translate into product specs or marketing tactics.
• Creative, and have tremendous energy and drive, as well as have sufficient know-how to impact the business in a powerful way.
• Able to relocate when there is business need.
