We are thrilled to announce that Professor Chen Shyh Jer has been appointed Vice President of National Sun Yat-sen University (NSYSU).

Professor Chen currently serves as a Distinguished Professor at the Institute of Human Resource Management at NSYSU. He also holds the positions of Head of the Post-EMBA Program and Director of the Center for Strategy and Human Capital Research at the College of Management.

Throughout his distinguished career, Professor Chen has held several key positions, including Dean of the College of Management (2016-2019), Director of the Institute of Human Resource Management, Advisory Committee Member of the Department of Humanities at the Ministry of Science and Technology (formerly the National Science Council), Convener of the Management Division at the National Science and Technology Council, and Director of the Academic Research Center at the School of Management. His contributions to academia are remarkable, and he has extensive experience in both teaching and administration.
