In his address, President Li remarked on the ceremony's grandeur, highlighting the college's emphasis on leadership transitions. He noted that with more internationally renowned companies establishing a presence in Kaohsiung, NSYSU plays a pivotal role in talent cultivation, with the College of Management at its core. He expressed hope that the college would collaborate with the university to build greater capacity and wished for the successful advancement of its future endeavors.

President Chih-Peng Li acknowledges the College's dedication to leadership transitions and anticipates collaborative efforts to cultivate international talent.

Outgoing Dean Yeh reflected on her tenure, expressing deep gratitude to her family for their unwavering support, even when her duties demanded sacrifices of family time. She also thanked her dedicated colleagues, faculty, students, and alumni.

"Three years—long or short? It's hard to say," she mused. "Upon assuming the role, I aspired to further internationalize our college." Over the past three years, the faculty and staff have worked diligently, achieving growth in student recruitment, participation in corporate competitions, debate tournaments, employment rates, faculty appointments, and the number of female faculty and administrators. The college's ability to secure projects, the quality and societal impact of its research publications, and its international rankings have all seen continuous improvement. Notably, the college has re-entered the top 100 globally, advancing each year—a remarkable feat. In 2024, the college underwent AACSB reaccreditation. Dean Yeh expressed her gratitude to the team and all members of the college for their dedication and hard work: "Without you, such outstanding achievements would not have been possible."

"My core belief is that students are paramount; without them, there would be no need for faculty and staff," Dean Yeh emphasized. This student-centric approach simplified decision-making during her tenure. She extended special thanks to the alumni for their unwavering support, noting that their annual recommendations have enabled the college to thrive and shine on the global stage of business education.

Dean Yeh concluded with well-wishes for NSYSU under President Li's leadership and the College of Management under Dean Lin's guidance. "With 'Li' () meaning 'wood' and 'Lin' () meaning 'forest,' together they symbolize lush growth and vitality. I firmly believe that Dean Lin's leadership will usher the College of Management into a new chapter."

Dean Shu-Chuan Yeh expresses confidence that, under President Li and Dean Lin's leadership, the College will usher in a new era of prosperity.

Incoming Dean Hao-Chieh Lin expressed his deep affection for the college: "NSYSU's College of Management is a wonderful family, with excellent interactions among colleagues and high-caliber students, excelling both internally and externally." He acknowledged the pressure that comes with such excellence but believes that "where there's dedication, there's impact." Transitioning from industry to academia, his goal has always been to bless more lives.

Dean Lin thanked the EMBA program's senior members for their inspiration, as well as the many unsung administrative staff and faculty who uphold the college. He also expressed gratitude to President Li for attending the ceremony. Looking ahead, he aims to embody the university's "Artistic & Inclusive, Advanced & Innovative" vision, implementing the "Consolidation, Collaboration, Creativeness" 3C philosophy. His goal is to develop the College of Management into a competitive institution that balances excellence with warmth, attracting more talent to join in its endeavors.

Dean Hao-Chieh Lin aspires to enhance the College's competitiveness while fostering a warm and inclusive environment to retain top talent.
