Job Title M&A Analyst Department Business Integration Division
Salary Negotiable
Role Mission An M&A Analyst will be a key asset to support the team in driving industry/company analysis, constructing a valuation model, and other ad-hoc tasks with excellent logical, numerical, and analytical skills. This position shall also demonstrate his/her ability to add value to the investment process.

 

Position Functions and Contents

Key Accountabilities
l Conducting industry and target company research/analysis.
l Analyzing the target company’s valuation.
l Participating in transaction negotiations.
l Assisting due diligence processes.
l Supporting the post-transaction management.
l Assisting ad-hoc tasks.
Skills and Qualifications 
l  Fresh graduates or those with less than 3 years of work experience would be preferred.
l  Logical thinking & problem-solving oriented.
l  Effective communication skills.
l  Strong organizational skills and the ability to work autonomously.
l  Post a growth mind and ambition.
l  Master’s degree from Business schools.
(Extensive coursework in Accounting, Finance, and Economics would be preferred.)
l  Outstanding academic and/or professional achievement.
l  Solid MS computer skill (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) is a must.
l  Fluent in English/Chinese is a must. 
l  Fluent in other Asian languages is a plus.

Business Integration Division

Business Integration Division serves as a pioneer to deal with potential opportunities for Uni-President Group through merger & acquisition, joint ventures, and other investments. The main responsibilities of the team include industry/company analysis, commercial terms negotiation, valuation, deal structuring, and post-transaction management.

Given our Group’s ambition of constructing an Asian distribution platform of life brands, we tap into the widest pool of potential deals and investments, bringing the resources and support to the invested companies under our group umbrella.
