[Partner School Visiting Opportunity] Short-Term Teaching at Burgundy School of Business in France – Airfare & Accommodation Subsidy up to NT$120,000 (Apply by Aug. 25)

Dear faculty,

Burgundy School of Business invite our faculty members to apply for the 2026 edition of our “Excellence in Pedagogy Programme.” We would be grateful if you could share this invitation with colleagues or professors who may be interested in participating.

The programme will take place in March 2026, during the weeks of March 16 and March 23, and will follow a block seminar format delivered in person on campus.

These seminars are integrated into our Master in Management (MIM) curriculum. The language of instruction for the Excellence in Pedagogy modules is English only. The students are typically aged 22–23 and are enrolled in either the English or French track of the MIM programme. Some participants may also be part of our work-study track.

The goal of this initiative is to offer our students unique perspectives and insights on contemporary and regionally relevant topics. We are particularly seeking seminar proposals in the following areas:

  • Luxury Management: Branding and Marketing
  • Wine & Spirits Management
  • International Business (Negotiation, HR, Marketing, Sales, Global Management)
  • Emerging Trends in Finance
  • Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
  • Artificial Intelligence & Digitalisation
  • Leadership
  • Innovation (including Frugal Innovation, Social Innovation, Entrepreneurship, Agile Methods, Product Development, Venture Creation)
  • Human Resources (Diversity, Talent Management, People Development, etc.)

 

Interested professors are invited to submit proposals for one-week block seminars starting either March 16 or March 23, 2026. Please note that campus assignments will be determined upon selection of the proposals.

Additional details regarding logistics and administration are attached. As part of the programme, BSB will provide a stipend, cover travel expenses, and offer lunch during teaching days.

 

📌 Application Timeline:

  • Step 1: Interested professors must complete the application form by August 25, 2025, Monday.
  • Step 2: After completing the form, applicants will receive a link to upload the following documents by September 29, 2025:
    • Syllabus for the proposed seminar (template attached). Please note that students should not be required to purchase materials or complete pre-class readings.
    • Curriculum Vitae (CV)
    • Most recent student evaluations
    • A professional photo
    • A short bio (5 lines)
  • Step 3: Proposals will be reviewed by our academic committee, and applicants will be notified of the outcome by early November 2025.
  • Step 4: Final confirmation will depend on student enrollment (minimum 15 students per module) and will be communicated by late November 2025.
