NSYSU College of Management Engages Internationally: AI "No-Code" Data Analytics Showcases Innovative Strengths



The College of Management at National Sun Yat-sen University (NSYSU) held an international online exchange on August 15 titled “Business Text Analytics Using AI: A No-Code Solution.” The event attracted scholars from renowned universities and professionals across Europe and Asia, highlighting the College’s innovative capabilities and global connections in AI and data-driven business applications.
The exchange was opened by Ms. Cindy Lin, Deputy Director of the Office of International Relations and Accreditation, who introduced the College’s educational vision and its commitment to advancing internationalization. The session was led by two speakers, Professor San-Yih Hwang and Dr. Yi-Hang Tsai, who delivered talks on AI topics. Dr. Tsai also demonstrated the TarFlow platform, showcasing how AI-powered “no-code” data analytics can efficiently perform social media review analysis, issue detection, keyword extraction, and visualization, enabling researchers and decision-makers to capture market trends in real time.
Bringing Academia and Alumni Together
The event welcomed international academic partners from Kyushu University, Chulalongkorn University, KMITL Business School in Thailand, Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich, HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management, Johannes Kepler University Linz in Austria, and ESCP Business School in France.
Notably, several NSYSU international alumni, currently working at global enterprises including Citi Vienna, STRABAG AG, OPmobility, and Polytec Group, also participated actively. During the Q&A session, alumni engaged in vibrant discussions on research collaboration, knowledge management, and business applications.
Extended Experience, Unlimited Collaboration
To extend the impact of the exchange, participants were offered a two-week free trial of the TarFlow platform, along with a lucky draw that enhanced interaction. Many attendees expressed that such AI tools can not only advance academic research but also support industries in gaining a competitive edge in the global market.
Through this international exchange, NSYSU College of Management once again demonstrated its defining characteristics of “internationalization, digitalization, and sustainability.” Looking ahead, the College will continue to deepen global collaborations with academia and industry, exploring new possibilities driven by AI innovation.
