[CM Alumni] Friendship, Laughter, and New Discoveries — NSYSU IBMBA & GHRM MBA Alumni Gathering 2025

On 20th September 2025 (Saturday), the IBMBA and GHRM MBA Alumni Gathering of NSYSU College of Management took place at BUNA CAF’E in Taipei’s Neihu District. Alumni from around the world and across industries reunited, reflecting the truly international spirit of the College and celebrating its global achievements.

The event was opened by Mr. Justin Tang, President of the Alumni Association of International Programs, followed by a welcome speech from Program Director Prof. Tony Tsai, who thanked alumni for their continuous support and emphasized the importance of alumni networks in advancing the College’s global vision.

Alumni shared inspiring career stories: Andrei from Russia, now a Procurement Engineering Manager in the tech industry; four alumni at ASUS working across project management and marketing; Louis Laval from France, who earned a dual degree from NSYSU IBMBA and Burgundy School of Business (BSB) and successfully launched his career in Taiwan; Antoine Sylvestre from France, now an entrepreneur; and Michal Ryznar from the Czech Republic, a Reliability Engineer at STMicroelectronics. These stories reflect the College’s international impact.

After lunch, the highlight of the day was the Kahoot quiz, designed as an edutainment activity. Through lighthearted yet meaningful questions, alumni learned about the College’s recent achievements:
- NSYSU College of Management is one of only three universities in Taiwan awarded the Eduniversal 5 Palmes distinction;
- The College offers three fully English-taught programs: IBBA, IBMBA, and GHRM MBA;
- #439 in the 2025 QS World University Rankings;
- Four successful AACSB re-accreditations, ensuring international quality;
- IBMBA ranked 82nd in the 2025 Financial Times Global Masters in Management Ranking, proudly marking over 10 consecutive years in the FT ranking;
- A fun trivia question inspired by recent news revealed that the “Most Beautiful Café in Taiwan” is the newly opened Louisa Coffee on the NSYSU campus.

The quiz not only broke the ice but also brought together laughter, applause, and pride, making the gathering both meaningful and memorable.
