[ACT]ACT Global Program Strengthens Industry Collaboration Through Consulting Projects at BXB

On December 19, 2025, the ACT Global Program collaborated with BXB Company on a course-based consulting project, in which students presented consulting outcomes developed in response to company-defined business challenges. The session highlighted the program’s emphasis on experiential learning and industry collaboration.

BXB is a Taiwan-based technology firm specializing in network audio-visual integration and smart communication solutions for smart offices, classrooms, and workplaces. With an expanding international footprint, the company continues to explore strategic opportunities in overseas markets, providing a real-world context for student consulting projects.

During the session, six student teams presented market entry strategies for selected international markets, including India, Thailand, Spain, Germany, the United States, and Canada. Drawing on consulting frameworks and strategic analysis, students addressed key considerations such as market feasibility, competitive positioning, cultural dynamics, and implementation challenges.

Each presentation was followed by discussion with company representatives and faculty members, allowing students to receive direct professional feedback and engage in practical dialogue. The exchanges reflected a strong level of preparation and professional communication.

The projects were developed through extensive research and analysis, resulting in recommendations that were both practical and closely aligned with BXB’s international growth objectives. Students’ diverse academic and professional backgrounds contributed a range of perspectives and valuable insights.

At the conclusion of the session, BXB recognized outstanding team performance. Team 2 and Team 6 were selected as the Top 2 Teams for their clear analytical structure, actionable recommendations, and professional presentation delivery.

Overall, the engagement at BXB exemplified the ACT Global Program’s commitment to bridging academic learning with real-world consulting practice, while strengthening collaboration between the university and its industry partners.
