Navigating New Horizons: NSYSU International Programs Graduation Ceremony Concludes with Deep Emotions, Writing an Inspiring New Chapter for Local and International Master's Students.

After two years of unrelenting dedication, countless late nights spent tackling rigorous reports, and successfully overcoming both academic and cross-cultural challenges, the 2026 master's graduates of the International Programs at NSYSU have finally reached their moment of glory.
Local and international graduates of the International Business MBA and Global Human Resource Management, together with their families and dearest friends who traveled from afar, reunited at the ceremony to celebrate this monumental milestone of success.
The highly anticipated Graduation Ceremony for the International Programs took place on May 19th, 2026, against the beautiful backdrop of Sizihwan. The ceremony officially commenced with an inspiring opening address by Professor Chung-Lin Tsai, Director of the International Programs.
Professor Tsai warmly welcomed the distinguished guests, family members, and graduates who had journeyed from various parts of the world to celebrate this special occasion. He praised the graduates for their cultural inclusivity, adaptability, and resilience, highlighting their ability to thrive in diverse and multicultural environments. He also expressed his sincere wishes for their continued success, encouraging them to pursue excellence and make meaningful contributions on the global professional stage and within the international business community.
Following his remarks, distinguished alumnus representative Jan Stava was invited to share insights from his personal and professional journey in the international workforce. Drawing upon his own experiences, he encouraged the graduates to embrace uncertainty, step beyond their comfort zones, and actively explore diverse career opportunities. He also offered practical advice on translating academic knowledge into professional competencies, inspiring the graduates as they prepare to embark on the next chapter of their lives.

During the Graduate Representative Speech session, Celine Chen from the GHRM MBA and Tzu-Yin Tang from the IBMBA took the stage to speak on behalf of their respective programs. Through heartfelt reflections, they revisited the memorable experiences, personal growth, and lasting friendships forged throughout their academic journey. They highlighted the meaningful exchanges between local and international students, whose diverse cultures and perspectives enriched one another over the past two years. They also expressed their deepest gratitude to the faculty members, mentors, and classmates whose support and encouragement had played an invaluable role in their success.

Representing the GHRM MBA, graduate representative Celien Chen reflected with heartfelt emotion on her two-year journey at NSYSU. She remarked that the time had passed remarkably quickly and that she would deeply cherish the countless memories she had made alongside her international classmates. She expressed her sincere gratitude to the faculty members for their dedication and guidance, noting that the professional knowledge and practical insights they shared had equipped students with the skills and confidence needed to navigate the increasingly competitive global human resource market. While the program's rigorous training had strengthened students' presentation and communication skills, she admitted that standing on the graduation stage still filled her with both nostalgia and excitement for the future.
Representing the IBMBA, graduate representative Tzu-Yin Tang emphasized that the International Programs had provided students with far more than a solid foundation in business knowledge. More importantly, the programs offered a highly inclusive and globally oriented learning environment that prepared students for future international careers. He expressed his heartfelt appreciation to the professors for their unwavering support, patience, and mentorship throughout the students' academic journey.
The flashback video was the most touching highlight of the ceremony. As the lights dimmed, graduates were taken on a journey through their two years at NSYSU, filling the venue with laughter and happy tears. The video captured unforgettable moments of student life, from late-night group studies and encounters with campus monkeys to cheering at sports events, singing at KTV, celebrating Halloween with the Student Association, and creating lasting memories during exchange programs abroad. More than just a collection of memories, it reminded everyone of how much they had grown together as a close international family.
