[DualDegree] NSYSU College of Management Hosts emlyon business school for an International Study Opportunities Information Session

On October 7, 2026, the College of Management at NSYSU welcomed a representative from France's emlyon business school to campus for an information session on international study opportunities. The session introduced students to the school's distinctive features, master's programs, internship opportunities, and life in France, helping them explore diverse options for studying abroad and broaden their global perspectives.

The session focused on two master's programs offered by emlyon business school: the MSc in Global Innovation & Entrepreneurship and the MSc in International Marketing & Business Development. Students learned about the curriculum structures and distinctive learning experiences of these programs, as well as how international study can combine professional knowledge with practical experience to prepare them for future career development.

To provide students with a more comprehensive understanding of the realities of studying abroad, the emlyon representatives also presented videos featuring students' studies, daily life, and internship experiences in Vietnam, Finland, and France. Through these firsthand accounts and real-life footage, participants gained a more immersive perspective on the cultural and living environments of different countries. The videos also encouraged students to envision the possibilities of studying and undertaking internships abroad, giving them a more concrete understanding of the cross-cultural interactions and career opportunities that international education can offer.

The session featured lively interaction, with students demonstrating strong interest in the programs. Following the presentation, many students proactively approached the emlyon representatives about internship arrangements and life in France. These discussions provided further insights into the dual-degree program and its application process, reflecting students' keen interest in international learning opportunities.

The NSYSU College of Management continues to strengthen its dual-degree partnership with emlyon business school. This in-person exchange further reinforced the collaboration between the two institutions and enhanced students' understanding of the partner school's academic programs and overseas learning environment.

Looking ahead, the College of Management will continue to promote dual-degree programs and international exchange activities, foster engagement between faculty and students from both institutions, and help students expand their international learning experiences and career opportunities. Through these efforts, the College aims to nurture future management professionals equipped with a global perspective and strong cross-cultural competencies.
