Special Features of the Program

With the development of new technologies such as the Internet, social media, cloud computing, and mobile commerce, consumers' purchasing decision-making behavior has changed, and market demand is hard to predict. This program is designed to focus on the new retail, omni-channel, and O2O era, exploring how to closely integrate with business operation strategies from the perspective of smart business. In addition to MIS managers, the program is also suitable for middle and senior management and general managers who are interested in learning about smart business.

Graduation Requirements

Total Program Credits: 42 credits

This program has 42 credits (including 6 credits for a master's thesis) and is divided into two types of courses: required professional courses and core courses. It aims to cultivate interdisciplinary talents who have the ability to use information technology and become a force in big data analysis, and who can conduct statistical analysis on various kinds of big data. Based on statistics, database, and big data analysis, the program combines interdisciplinary professional courses to understand how to effectively integrate and analyze data to extract valuable information from it.
